The house is along a dead end street along which approximately ten houses are located, i.e. there’s not much traffic.
10 minute walk to the food store and the lake with a sand beach and kayak rental. During the winter 30 minute walk to a small ski slope that has a lift.
Own lawn with fruit trees, large sauna on the yard.
Can also be rented for long durations.
Recently renewed house with 3 rooms + kitchen, new wood-heated sauna in the garden, fireplace in livingroom, big terrace. Fully equipped (newly purchased furniture). Near lake, food store, kayak rental. Slalom slope 2 kilometers, Romme Alpin slalom 20 kilometers. Long-distance skiing track outside house. Direct bus from Stockholm takes about 2.5 hours. No smoking indoors.
