We are looking for people to occupy 2 free rooms. The appartment is very big (150m²) and is very well located. This is an international an very nice place to live.
We are looking for 2 easygoing guys (boy or girl), people that can SHARE a living, and it means share experiences, share culture, etc.... and also share common expenses (Gas, electricity, building management fees, internet, etc)
We are living in a RESPECTFULL environment and of course we wouldnt like another sofa to live with us (no-talking-openmind-share people). Talking about the rooms, can tell you that are very comfortable, one of them has a bathroom inside and the other one has a very nice and big balcony!
The appartment is equipped with all the facilities in kitchen and living room: 42" screen, wii, dvd, airco, broken ps3, etc.
Outside the appartment we have everything: supermarket, 24 hrs. shops, billiard, banks, lots of restaurants, etc...
We are located 3 minutes walking to SYSuniversity. And Lujian line 8 subway is 5 minutes away.
