Our 55.7sqm condo unit is on the 20th Floor of the newly built Greenbelt Chancellor located at 116 Rada St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.
The condominium is approximately 30 minutes drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). Centrally located in the Makati Central Business District, it is close to embassies and financial institutions and within 5 minutes walking distance to the Greenbelt and Glorietta Shopping complexes.
We have furnished the unit with good quality, modern day furniture and appliances to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable during your time in Makati.
The bedroom has an en-suite toilet and enclosed shower area with hot/cold water. It exits to a private balcony facing west and overlooking some of the Makati skyline. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner are stored in the bedroom cupboard. Linens and towels are also provided.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cooker/oven with cooking range, microwave oven, bread toaster, kettle, rice cooker and clothes washer/dryer. Pots and pans, cups, drinking/wine glass, plates, cutlery, etc. are stored in the cupboards.
The lounge area is spacious with comfortable sofa set, a 32" flat screen TV and home theater.
Safety features inside the unit are automatic heat/smoke detection with fire sprinkler system and an intercom that directly connects to the reception and security counter.
Registered guests can use the building amenities which include a 12-meter lap pool, a kiddie pool, a fitness gym, and sauna/spa.
The Greenbelt Chancellor have CCTV's in selected common areas and a 24-hour security service with controlled entry points.
Rental Rates:
4-6 nights = PHP3,500($81)/night (includes average electricity & water consumption; free unlimited wi-fi internet and local telephone calls to any landline; cable TV and complimentary use of building's amenities (pool/fitness gym/spa)
1 week - PHP2,700($63)/night electricity as per usage
2 weeks -PHP2,500($58)/night electricity as per usage
3 weeks - PHP2,300($53)/night
electricity as per usage
*We require 30% deposit to secure booking.
*The remaining balance to be paid on or before Check-In date.
*Security deposit required, payable upon Check-In and returned upon Check-Out
