Key Responsibilities
• Conducts development or modification of products in order to meet customer’s requirements as directed by Head of Technical Division.
• Attends to technical inquiries from distributors or customers by providing guide formulation, process information as well as assistance in production trial runs & solution to product complaints initialed by Sales & Marketing Team.
• Conducts technical training / presentation to all staff in the company and appointed distributors whenever required.
• Ensures compliance to Health, Safety & Environment for safe working environment which include requirements of ISO 9002, 14000 and HACCP.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Polymer or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in polymer/ rubber/ compound / plastic end product manufacturing.
• Experienced in PVC resins, PVC additives & PVC end product (Pipe, window, cable etc.) manufacturing will be an advantage.
