Danny, would be interested in performing & non-performing SFR nation-wide. He has a number of direct buyers that buy both types of paper. Not interested in Hospitality at this time, but I will bring it up to him. Again, he has numerous buyers of both types and sizes, but most won't even start unless it is 5M and higher. Talk soon!!

My contact works with a group who do buy up huge amounts of paper then divide and resell.
They are currently buying FDIC notes for all types of properties.
They have all types of paper, performing and non performing.
He’s asked me to find out what you DON’T WANT so he knows what not to bother sending.
Example: are your clients also interested in Hospitality properties? Are they interested in properties all over the nation or just northeast, etc ?
