The first floor is accessible via two staircases. One leads to three twin bedrooms, all with windows facing the great views, and one with a balcony. The other flight of stairs leads up to the master bedroom. This lovely bedroom, with its hexagonal shape, takes advantage of the wonderful views in all directions from its tall windows. Outdoors, you’ ll find large patios, accessible from both kitchen and living room. Olive trees offer plenty of shade; whilst a large dining table on the terrace outside the kitchen provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The kidney shaped pool sits in a private spot amongst the olive groves, with a spectacular back drop of the island’s coastline.
Villa Pelago’ s location in the hills opposite town offers great opportunities for walkers. Situated directly above the villa and approx 20 minute uphill walk away is one of the most beautiful monasteries on the island, Evangelistria. Furthermore, one of the islands many fresh water springs is found just a few minutes walk from the villa and is a popular gathering spot for the locals filling up their water bottles on a hot summer’s day.
