Adjacent to the pool is the striking geometric garden of oranges and lemons, which make for a lovely evenings stroll, as the oleander and rosemary scented hedges begin their assault on your senses.
The front of the house features clipped cloud olive trees, as well as imposing Cypress trees and bourganvillia beyond the tree lined drive which is straddled by the vineyard that guests drive through from the electric gates.
The kitchen was designed by Boffi and has a host of top appliances, which include waste disposal, wine chiller and Cooker boiling tap, as well as all the usual other fittings.
Each of the generous bedrooms has their own designer bathroom en suite, with appliances by Duravit and again striking art work from Helmet Newton in each.
Each of the rooms has floor to ceiling windows that can be slid away to ensure there is no barrier between the user and the outside landscape.
Upstairs are two large roof terraces, as well as a master suite with its own two balconies, individually set mode light settings, safe and open plan bathroom with free standing bath and a separate shower.
The house has been carefully designed to allow the wonderful natural breezes to flow through, keeping it pleasantly cool even in the peak of the summer months.
