The beach is just a few meters away from this detached villa. The sea is clean, the sand is fine, so much room for everyone (on August 15, included!).

The city is Donnalucata, 3000 inhabitants, 8 km far from Scicli (RG-Sicily), in a quiet location but in an ideal position to visit the whole Val di Noto, Unesco World Heritage baroque list.

The renting house is good for independence, privacy, the comfort. Large verandas allow to eat outside. A small front garden (a wider rear is 4 exclusive use of the property) also allows you to engage in outdoor barbecue: from fish to be bought at the fish market near the pier.
