Burghers house with garden on the main square in Spisska Nova Ves
Burghers house originating from 16th century is situated on the main square. It is the national monument under historical care in the protective zone of Spisska Nova Ves. The building is after the Ground plan – 491 sq.m.

Two skylight windows are used to illuminate 1st floor.
Roof, gutters and eaves are made of copper.
Property can be entered from the main square by two gates and by a rear gate with the remote control from the garden. Behind the garden there is a parking lot available for 6 cars. The interior and exterior of the property is carried out in the stucco, engraving, smith and glasspainting work of art.
The windows have security glazings. Outer wall plaster is made of lime and cement.
