We are selling our condo located at the Surf Ranch Action Sports Resort in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. The resort has a beautiful pool, swim up bar, rock climbing wall, high jump/blob, restaurant, surf rentals, shuttle service and more. The unit is a one bedroom, approx 300 sq. ft with air conditioning and modern furnishings. The owners rent it out year round and deposit half the rent minus a $25 cleaning fee into your bank account. You can stay up to 2 months free. In this two months you can rent it out yourself for more profit or have friends and family stay. The town is simply amazing, the people are friendly, the restaurants are incredible and cheap! There's lots to do around San Juan and amazing surfing at the beaches. Taxis will drop you and your surf board off and pick you up when you ask. San Juan is two hours from the capitol, Managua. It cost us $60 for a cab to take us to the airport last time we were there. We love our condo but just had a baby which makes traveling there a little more difficult. We're sad to see it go!
