Highly succesfull luxury ensuit and air-conditioned tented accommodation with restaurant, pools, bar, spa and lounge in prime location in kruger-Mozambique tour route.
Lodge includes:
10 luxurious en-suit chalets made of a mix of canvas tent, concrete floor and walls and wooden finishing with
approximately 55 m2 constructed with an internal garden with approximately 12 m2. The units are furnished
with best quality furniture imported legally from Bali and fitted with individual solar geysers. The units are also
fitted with high quality mattress, double sinks, and internal and external shower;
- A two storey luxurious villa, with two en-suits, a large balcony, one lavabo, a kitchen, a lounge and an open
dining room built over a deck totalling approximately 260 square meters;
- 10 solar geysers with electrical backup of 100L each installed in each chalet;
- 1 infinite looking swimming pool with approximately 45,000 litres divided into two swimming pools one with 8 x
3.5 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters and another with 3 x 3 meters with a 0.6 meters depth built atop of a
platform. The swimming pools are fitted with wooden pool chairs imported from Bali as well as table and chairs,
a rattan round sofa and hammock;
- A reception area, with an open area and a closed office, fitted with desks and chairs, printer, scanner and
photocopy with 23 meters square;
- A common area, with a bar, two lounges, and a TV room with approximately 110 meters square. The common
area is fitted with first class teak furniture imported from Bali with inbuilt structures finished with fine paint. The
TV room is fitted with a plasma TV, DVD, Wii, and DSTV;
- A restaurant with approximately 85 square meters and with a capacity to seat 40 people, with glass walls and
windows;
- A commercial kitchen fitted with freezer, a fridge, 4-gas exit stove and spacious working areas with
approximately 25 square meters;
- Two storage rooms fitted with shelves annexed to the kitchen and bar with 5 square meters each. The storage
room annexed to the bar is fitted with a sink and has a fridge/freezer;
- A Spa, constructed on top of a wooden platform on the shores of the lake, mixing canvas tent and concrete
structure and fitted with an outside shower, a Jacuzzi and a sink. The internal area has approximately 10 square
meters with a balcony-deck of approximately 15 square meters;
- A wooden pier and leisure area built on the shores of the lake;
- A three-store working building with a laundry room, two storage and a staff bedroom as well as two
staff toilets and two staff showers;
- A 45 meters deep borehole with Grundfos electric pump and three tanks 12,500 liters;
- Electricity
- Cable internet with wireless connectivity in all areas
- A 5.5 kwz diesel generator
- A solar system made of 28 100kw solar panels, 16 12V gel batteries, 4,000kwa inverter and solar regulators.
