Targoviste - Contrust Prod Company Ltd launched a takeover offer for sale of residential cornice Ialomita, for the sum of 447,500 euros. Situated on a 3303 square meters of land on the street Caramidari no. 40 (the city of Targoviste, Dambovita county), the complex includes 9 residential units (P +1), with developed areas built between 143.7 and 253 sq m. Each house benefits from one plot of land of 250 sqm - 300 sqm. Currently, the project is in various stages of construction.
