This attractive villa is in a quiet gated community that is only four minutes drive from the center of Sosua and four sandy beaches, and has just been built and equipped with new furniture. Alternatively, you can access the rear courtyard where there is a paved recess where you could have a barbecue. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and fitted closets with large mirror and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and access next door to the bathroom that can also be accessed by guests using the corridor and not having to go through the bedroom. In fact, because of having its own access it could be rented out and an additional apartment added to the property still leaving a good sized garden. Solar panels are being installed to heat the water thus keeping costs to a minimum.
The property is very rentable being so close to the town and beaches, as well, as the main road to Cabarete just fifteen minutes away and with public transport passing every ten minutes; plus, a new large supermarket opening just two minutes away.
You are unlikely to find a brand new two bedroom villas on a large plot for this price so we strongly recommend that you view this property as soon as possible
