Bedroom 3: 13 m2. Depending on the number of person can be bedroom or living room, has a big sofa bed wich is very comfortable for two persons, TV, DVD player, radio.
Bathroom 1: 5m2, located in the corridor, bathtub, toilet.
Bathroom2: 4m2, located in bedroom2, shower, toilet.
Kitchen/living room: 16 m2, has all kitchen equipment and a nice dining table for six persons.
Terrace: 15 m2, located in greenery shadow among flowers with a view toward the city, it is furnished with table for six persons.
Balcony: 12m2, furnished, has beautiful sea view.
