The room is immediately available. It has an en suite bathroom with shower and hot water. Other facilities include washing machine, ac, broadband wifi. The maid comes 5-6days a week. Maid is 500 rupees extra per month and wifi is 500 rupees extra. AC is charged by meter on wall (3.05 rupees per unit). Electricity otherwise is included in the price.
Backup power supply for internet for several hours is here also. Fully furnished and comes with air conditioning.
