The apartment is newly constructed with all new appliances and equipment throughout. It boasts a modern spacious living area and is fully furnished. It is situated 1km from the Bel Azur Hotel and beaches and within walking distance to Hammamet centre.

Long or short term rentals considered, price negotiable depending on season. Cots, play pens, high chairs and toys available.

Near the Bel Azur Hotel on the auto route, within walking distance to beaches, town etc.... lovely quiet area.

There is a corner shop and a bakery a stone's throw away where you can buy all your daily provisions and freshly baked French bread at reasonable prices.

Pricing is negotiable depending on time of year. We except payments through pay pal or instant bank transfer.
50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to rental
We request a refundable deposit of £50 for any breakages, to be paid a minimum of 1 week prior to rental
You have the option to pay extra for,
Cleaning/Laundry Service £20 a week
Bed and Breakfast £3 per day per person
Breakfast plus traditional tunisian lunch and dinner £6 per day per person
