The gated community of Punta Roca, located in Punta Barco, is a small complex of a few houses, most of them beachfront. At the end of this community there is an entrance to a public beach with incredible waves suitable for practicing surfing. There is also a river mouth at this beach.

The most striking feature of this house is the inviting swimming pool with a BBQ area. You can be inside the swimming pool while enjoying one of the most beautiful views of the Pacific ocean.
The house is ideal for those who would like to have a small beachfront tropical paradise overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
