The apartment comes fully equipped and furnished (everything is brand new, never used). Internet, cable TV and phone line are all provided.

It comes with an underground parking space (secure remote controlled entrance and elevator access) which might come in very handy if you intend to drive here in Bucharest since parking a real issue. Also a security guard is present on the premises during night, the build being equipped with a motion sensor lighting system.
