Welcome to Kraj, a little town located on the island of Pasman, in Dalmatia, Croatia.).
Our apartments are located within three brand new buildings, two of which are identical mirror images of themselves, each containing eight apartments of various sizes, and all with a view of the sea. A little further to these two buildings there is a third building containing four more apartments.
The excellent location of our apartments (i.e. 150 meters from the beach) will undoubtedly provide you with a pleasant stay next to our beautiful sea and warm sea rocks. Very close by there is a charming bay with a mainly shallow sandy beach, which makes it suitable for children. However, there is a part of this bay which is deeper too.
The sizes of the apartments vary from 35 to 70 m2, and the apartments are all issued with valid paperwork such as the ‘certificates of usage’ and the ownership certificates.
The price of the apartment is 1500 EUR/m2. With regards to the purchase, we would accept offers per apartment, as well as for several apartments, an entire building or the three buildings all together. We welcome all your suggestions.
