Garden and Paddle tennis court
The villa is surrounded by a magnificent garden with orange and lemon trees, centenary olive trees,

The kitchen has views to the garden and padel court.
Master bedroom:
The 50m2 master suite offers an enviable scenery day and night, a spacious dressing
area, 40' flat screen television, and two separate en-suite bathrooms with a separate

fittings. The suite has direct access to the terrace and pool areas and to the office.

and en-suite bathrooms with heated towels racks and Grohe fittings. Two of the suites
have rain showers, and one a full bath. The suites have independent terraces that open
onto the lower garden and lawn, and spectacular views.
Laundry room:
Fully equipped laundry room with AEG washer and dryer, as well as an ironing station.
Maid quarters:
The maid quarters include 2 individual bedrooms and 2 individual bathrooms, as well as a
common T.V. room.
Service entrance:
The service entrance is located on the back side of the villa with direct access to the
laundry room.
Outside living area:
Heated infinity pool:
The villa is equipped with a heated 70 m2 infinity pool that has open views to the
Mediterranean sea and coast.
Terrace:
A 70 m2 terrace surrounds the top floor of the villa with several sunbathing areas.
Lawn:
Spacious green lawn on the bottom floor with palm trees and access to the padel tennis court.
Garden:
Orange trees, lemon trees, apple trees, rosemary, lavender, centenary olive trees are
just a few of the varieties that make up the garden located in the hill back of the villa. Part
of the garden is on a hill and because of the inclination some areas go above the height of
the villa creating a breath-taking environment.
Garden terrace:
The garden terrace is approximately 8 m2 and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. It can
be used as an outdoor dining area or for sunbathing.
