Price reduced! For sale manor house, made in typical Tuscan style just a few kilometers from Pienza. The property consists of a main house, guest house, 4 hectares of land and a swimming pool (7h12m). Built back in 1879, the estate has not changed much, and has just improved, maintaining its original beauty. The house has three floors, the walls are made of typical Tuscan materials - tuff. The estate is surrounded by flowers, plants and various trees. The complex has been designed in such a way that felt everywhere the fragrance of these beautiful landscapes. Between the main house, guest house and swimming pool are located picturesque corners - works of art. The pool also is surrounded by greenery. Between the pool and guest house is furniture, which is possible to arrange the warm evenings dining. In the gazebo there is a large table, easily accommodating up to 20 guests.
Location. The house is a classic Tuscan road, which runs through the olive fields and oak groves. The road is not paved, which gives it its savagery, typical of Tuscany. From the hill to the entrance to the house, you can see the beautiful monastery of St. Anna, which was made into a film 'The English Patient'.
The main building. House area of 300 square meters, divided into two parts, interconnected that allows you to create integrity of the building. All materials used for interior decoration, were "recovered" from the materials taken on the ruins of ancient houses. Thus in the decoration used by the ancient red bricks, ancient chestnut beams and pipes of the seventeenth century. All the iron parts, which are both within the home and outside, have been carried out by local blacksmiths from Pienza and give the house even more ancient atmosphere, in spite of its modern convenience and practicality.
In the first part of the house on the ground floor is a dining room with antique fireplace and two functional cabinets with doors made of cherry 7th century, built into the wall. Magnificent large windows with views of the lush green landscape of the interior.
The guest bathroom is located next to the small kitchen was recently renovated. On the second floor of an old door made of walnut hidden handy cubby that can be used as a storage area. On the third floor is a dressing room, which could easily be converted into a guest room. Suffice it to add a sofa bed.
