There are also electric panel heaters, for when a fire is unnecessary. Water, electricity and sewage are all fully connected. In addition, telephone, internet and satellite tv is also connected. The house also comes with complete and legal deeds (escritura). The house is situated in a quiet, tree lined street located near the centre of the village. Shops and other amenities are within walking distance or easy access by car.
