The Villa is placed on top of a hill not far from Parma - region Emilia Romagna. Its history begins in the XVII century with the Counts Boscoli. The property is surrounded by a park of 45,000 sqm and has an area of 2,400 square meters. It was defined Gambara, in his book THE VILLAS IN PARMA, as one of the most beautiful villas in Parma.
Seventeenth century villa, which a careful restoration work has brought to the glories of the past, keeping the charm that made it a golden refuge for the most important families in Europe. Historically, the villa was built by Counts Boscoli already Feudal lords and Marquis of Ravarano, the owners of the area, during the early '600s. In the second half of the XVIII century the possession of the estate, stepped in the hands of a noble French family, Counts Le Brun and it's from the name of the new owners that the house took its new name "Casino Le Brun." During the reign of Maria Luigia (Napoleon Bonaparte's wife), the house was donated by Maria Lugia, Duchess of Parma, to the senior adviser of the town of Parma and the Grand Chamberlain of the Court, Marquis Adalberto Pallavicini, who gave further lust to the name of the villa.
After the Pallavicini family, Count Baracco bought it and the properties remained in his hands until 1910, when it was bought by the Counts Zileri Dalverme, who were there until 1980. Over the centuries, the various owners made changes and renovations to its architectural lines, but the stately elegance that distinguishes the Villa (designed by Gazzola, who took his inspiration from Palladio) is still intact in its interior, in the large rooms (12) cleverly decorated. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming in the heart of an oasis of peace and prestige that is set against the striking profile of the famous Castle Torrachiara.
