It should be noted that in addition to 4 adults, 2 children up to a maximum of 8 years can be included without extra cost (the sofa in the lounge can be converted into a small double bed 1.8 m long).

Vila Nova de Gaia is on the Douro River and at its quays you can often see the "rabelos", boats carrying barrels of port wine.
There are typical restaurants close by, as well as numerous cellars where you can try some of the Port since it is the speciality of this part of the city!

You can park free of charge in the street close to the apartment.
