The land is located at Adjen Kotoku, off the Accra – Nsawam road. It is about 35km from Accra.
Currently, road access to the site is tarred with bitumen with the only untarred stretch under construction and to be completed by mid 2011.
The land has been earmarked for estate development and that appears in the Town and Country Planning’s development plan for Adjen Kotoku. The land is 50 acres in all, walled and having a total number of housing units the ranging between 120 – 200 plots depending on demarcation used.
The following utilities and infrastructures are in place;
WATER, ELECTRICITY, CENTRAL SEWERAGE SYSTEM, ROADS, SCHOOLS, CLINIC, FIRE AND POLICE STATION, TRAIN STATION, MARKET.
This is a zero risk venture. Luckily, the infrastructure development to be carried out by estate developers in this kind of venture has been done under the Ghana Government’s Physical and Social Infrastructure and Sanitation Works including Redevelopment of Adjen Kotoku project which is being constructed by Dredging, Environmental and Maritime Engineering from Belgium. Scheduled for completion by July 2011.
