It features a bedroom, living room, kitchen, balcony and a ceiling height of 3.6 m (12 ft). It's newly remodeled (Venetian plaster) and fully furnished, with a queen sized bed and sofa bed, as well as an additional corner sofa bed. A handmade stained glass window (Tiffany), paintings by a famous Kiev artist and historical exhibits from the owner`s private collection enhance the interior decor. Other amenities such as air conditioning, gas heating, cable TV (40 channels), 2 TV-sets, telephone and unlimited internet access are included. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, microwave, refrigerator and washer. Hot and cold water are on all the time.

It's a short 2 minute walk to popular Massandra Beach (surrounded by restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops open 24/7), and 7 minutes to Yalta seaport, Embankment (Promenad), McDonalds. A 15 minute walk will take you to the Yalta Intourist Hotel, and the central food market.

We will meet you at any airport or railway station in Crimea.
