The Tolnanémedi Industrial Park offers particularly good conditions for industrial activity, as a large amount of cheap labour force is available in the neighbourhood. • Sewage treatment is made within the industrial land by an extended dissolution basin and sand filter.
• Electricity is supplied from an own transformer station located on the site with a capacity of 250 kVA, which without station redevelopment can be expand up to 630 kVA.
• There is currently no gas service on the site, but the E.On gas distributor is located 1 km away from the industrial park, from where a new backbone line can be built.
• Telecommunications: through a phone cable owned by Magyar Telekom.
• Mobile phone service: extremely stable reception available.
