In one of the most exclusive areas of Fermo, totally immersed in the countryside of region Marche, with a beautiful view over the green rolling hills, you can find a traditional country house fully restored with total respect of its original features.

The total area of the main house is about 400 square meters, while the annex is 150 square meters. The annex may be used as an accomodation for friends or relatives.
The building develops all on one floor: as you step in, you’ll find in front of you a wide lounge with dining area and a big fireplace, which can be used as a heating system for the living area. The high ceiling, is giving the whole house a very airy feeling. Besides, there is a nice kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, which can also be used as a storage. The sleeping area is characterized by a wood flooring and it comprises a master bedroom with step-in closet and a huge bathroom en-suite, with both shower and Jacuzzi bathtub: it is a place of real relax! On the opposite side, you can find the second bedroom.
The annex enjoys a new electrical system, phone, ADSL, intercom with the main building Satellite TV, a pellet heater for the sleeping area and air-con for the living area.
The property is surrounded by a 5.000 sqm garden all fenced, with covered parking space for 4 cars and a wood box used as a storage. You can reach the property through a 300 meters white road.
