The Space
This is so far the biggest Condo unit in Cebu on the tallest building of Cebu City.
The unit does not feel suffocating for a condo and is well architecturally designed to give you space to walk around.
Guest Access
Guest have access to usage of swimming pool and the gym.
Interaction with Guests
What makes this unit special is the kind of service I give to my guest. Communication and interaction is tantamount to provide our guest comfort. We meet at our guest at the lobby and our guest will be greeted with nice tropical fruits and drinks upon checking in.
The Neighborhood
The neighbors of the building is mostly composed of Expats who lived in the country. The shared spaces like the lobby and the elevator is well maintained and kept clean.
Getting around
The unit comes with a parking space within the building located in level 5. If you have a car, Its perfect! Taxis are abundant and plowing 24 hours. You can just request the receptionist for a taxi by just calling from the intercom inside the unit and the taxi will be waiting for you downstairs.
Other Things to Note
The condo is situated in the heart of the city. Its a walking distance to Robinsons Mall and Cybergate Mall. As well as to Chong Hua Hospital. Their is a big park we called Fuente Osmena Circle very close to it which is kept lit and during Christmas this place is magical with all the Christmas lights!
Price is 5500 Peso a night !
