is an old 1800's farm house, restored with great care.
Situated in the "Lucca" countryside, it is near the Manor Villa of the owner but completely INDIPENDENT.
The large garden, which includes a soccer field, is well shaded by old trees, olive trees, vineyards and orchards. The kitchen and the living area lead to the large patio of 60 sqm where it is nice to relax at the table and enjoy the view over garden and pool, checking the activities of children.

GROUND Floor: Three large communicating rooms from which two living areas have been made, both with fireplaces and a large kitchen/dining area, one double room, one bathroom with shower and bathtub (can be accessed directly from outside and suitable for the handicapped); wine tasting corner.

FIRST Floor: Two double rooms, two bedrooms with two single beds each, raised balcony like area overlooking the living room with two sofa beds (single), three baths with shower, closet with washing machine.
