Looking for Person to share 3brm hse in Windsor Gardens. One bedroom avail, furnished or unfurnished, not far from North East Rd but also handy to paradise interchange. Will have access to broadband & own car space.

Rent for one person was $125+bills or $175 bills included but have reduced it to $150pw all bills incl (elect, gas, water, Internet, and Local phone calls) but will need to buy own food.

5 min walk of buses to city and Paradise Interchange. Bus route numbers are 281, 521, 271 and 273.

Theirs plenty of shopping centres nearby and even one within 10 min walk. We are also close to Gilles Plains TAFE College, and there are hairdressers, gym and everything nearby. I myself very rarely have the need to travel into the city as everything is so close.

Off street parking avail. R/cycle heating & cooling in lounge.

Looking for someone respectful, honest, cleans up after themselves and most importantly reliable in paying their expenses on time are considerate of others. Smokers will need to smoke outside.
