We are interested in selling our house in the town of Malinska on the island Krk, Croatia.
The house is quite big and it is located on a parcel of about 640 m2. The house also has an additional stone built object which has a built in large grill which gives the house a true medditeranian feel and is an excellent place for outdoor gatherings.
The house itself is also quite new, as it was built in 2007 and as such is very well furnished. At the moment the house is divided into 3 apartments with separate entrances of about the size of 50-60 m2 and one bigger apartment of the size of roughly 150 m2. This makes the house ideal for both a holiday home as well as creating income from renting apartments in the season. The house also has all the permits required for renting the apartments and the apartments have been rented in the past.
In front of the house there is also a big parking place which can hold up to 6 cars simultaneously. The house is located in a great neibhourhood and is only 3 min walk away from the very center of the town of Malinska, and about 5 min walk away from the beach.
