In the middle of the quiet and silent countryside of Recanati, but close to all services, shops and amenities, you can find a lovely casale, stone built and recently restored according to the tradition of region Marche, with arches, barrel vaults and and high ceilings with wood beams.
When you step in the large hall, the first detail you'll find in front of your eyes is an amazing, wide staircase leading to the first floor. On your right, there is a well equipped kitchen with fireplace, where you can cook but can also warm up the room, instead of using the radiators.
On the opposite side, passing through the arches, there is the wide lounge with sofa and a big characteristic fireplace, where you can spend your relaxing evenings in front of the fire. Being so wide, the lounge is also perfect for big dinners with family and friends. From the windows, you can enjoy a very nice view on the garden and landscape. The unique ceiling, is characterised by barrel vaults.
Stepping up the wood staircase, you can find the bedrooms: the master bedroom is ensuite and it is obtained by joining 2 bedrooms, so that you can have an area for the bed and another big area to be used as a step-in closet. Being the house facing East, every morning, like in a cinema, you can enjoy the spectacular event of the dawn, with the sun coming up from a breathtaking landscape of old towns and rolling hills.
On the same floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy a unique view. All the first floor is characterised by wood beams, according to the tradition of typical country houses.
The house is surrounded by a 5,000 land, where you can find a natural big gazebo covered with grapevine. To fully enjoy your dinners out, it is possible to cook outside, thanks to the big wood oven. On the land there is a restored annex, which can be used as a dependance for guests, being fully equipped with a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen. Two more annexes are placed on the land, currently used as storages.
From all the corners of the garden, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the countryside and the lovely towns of Castelfidardo and Osimo. From a distance, you can even see the city of Loreto, famous in the Christian world for its sanctuary with the statue of the black Madonna.
It is also possible to build a swimming pool in the lower part of the garden, which is very striking, thanks to its facing towards the full landscape.
Just a few hundred meters from the house there is not only a supermarket and a restaurant, but also a wide natural area with artifical lakes, riding stables with possibility to go horse riding, a swimming pool and a wide park, crossed by a river, with walking path in the middle of the nature.
