Hotel Lee is located in sunny Yuma, Arizona bordering the California State line and located less than a mile off of Interstate 8. The Hotel Lee was completed in 1917 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Hotel Lee is located in the "Historic Downtown Yuma" where you can walk to many interesting attractions including resteraunts, other historic buildings, a movie theatre, antique stores, the Colorado River and a historic museum. Many other attractions including the Yuma Territorial Prison are just a short ride from the hotel. The Hotel Lee was named after Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee and fronted on the Coast-to-Coast Highway that bore his name, the Lee Highway. The lobby and rooms offer the ambiance of the Victorian era with Victorian antiques and historic memorabilia throughout the hotel. Some guests however have not checked into the hotel for the historical sights but are indeed interested in the paranormal sights and are hoping to catch sight of the "haunting" activity that has also made it's mark in the history of Hotel Lee.
