The town of Spišská Nová Ves is very well known for its lens-shaped square (a square with bulging sides), typical of medieval towns. It is fitted with necessary social and technical backstage area consisting of toilets, stocks. There are additional other 6 rooms of 90 m2, which are located on the ground floor now mostly used as storage area. The overall length of the back tract of the house is 32 metres. The apartment unit can be accessed via separate entrance passage hall, which leads to the massive staircase of marble flooring. Marble staircase with ornamental metal banister leads to the second and third storey of the house. There is spacious living room of 53 m2, kitchen with patio terrace, bathroom and toilet. Overall area of the first floor is 170 m2. The second floor has 104 m2, there is hall, sleeping room 28 m2, other 2 living rooms, bathroom, toilet and glassed-in winter garden. The overall useful area of the house is 464 m2. The object has cellar of 44 m2. The house has entrance either from the front part from the main square or from the back part of the plot with fencing and automatic gate for cars. Vehicles can be parked in spacious parking area partly covered by shelter wooden construction for 2 cars.
