On Bucharest-Constanta (A2) Highway, right after you cross Borcea –Danube River`s Branch, there is a land of about 112 hectares with an opening of 2.000 metres, on which it will be built an industrial and technological park.
The land is situated in Romania, and is limited by 3 counties: Ialomita, Calarasi and Constanta.
The land is accessible as it follows:
-On Bucharest-Constanta Highway;
-On the railway –Ovidiu train yard station is 1,0 km away;
-On the water – Borcea Branch (permanantly navigable) is at 0,5 km away.
From point of view of needed utilities in order for this park to be functional there are the following posibilities:
-the power supply will be made from the medium voltage system existing on the land;
-the heating will be insured with thermal power stations charged with methane from the gas distribution system of DISTRIGAZ, that is 3,0 km away in Fetesti town or with heating pump as VRV charged with electric energy;
-water supply will be insured by drilling wells through the treatment station;
-the disposal of sewage water will be made through a system of waste water plant (wwp) with discharge in Borcea Branch.
