The kitchen is fully equipped , including washing machine , coffee machine etc.

It is never boring. :) It is located between the metro stations Gambetta and Jourdain (both within 5 minutes walking distance ) . Bus lines 26 and 96 stop directly outside the front door and provide direct access to Gare du Nord or Gare de l' Est . The neighborhood is very relaxed UDN a bit alternative , with many bars and cafes and hardly any tourists . :) Also the Rue Oberkampf ( nightlife area for students) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and you are super fast in the city. The Carrefour is just around the corner and in general there are all the shopping you need. Also, the Parc des Buttes Chaumont is nciht far away, if you go enjoy jogging or simply want a picnic .
