Bathroom is separate to the living / dining / kitchen has continuous fresh, clear mountain water flow from direct from the barangay storage water tank with an instant electric hot water unit. The clean flushing toilet and hand basin connects to an external septic tank. CLEAN
Externally, there is electric lighting all round and electric 220 volt sockets. External stairs connect from the terrace, down to the beach. ACCESSIBLE
This apartment is ideal for couples with children, the elderly and partially handicapped. It is originally the owners private residence and as such, has atmosphere and secured very well. PRIVATE
