I am selling a 3 rooms apartment on the 2nd floor of an ancient supervisors’ house in a 19th century apartments complex built by a mill factory for its workers.
The apartment is under the roofs with views to gardens and the village. You have to climb a wooden staircase with iron work guardrails to get there. The neighborhood is mainly Portuguese, very quiet and friendly.
The TGV station is at 5mn, a pond where swimming is allowed at 10 mn, ski slopes at 45mn, and trails at 15 mn.
It can accommodate 3 couples and is situated next to Remiremont, an historic town with trendy shops and restaurants. It needs some minor works in the kitchen and the bathroom, even though everything is in functioning order as it is. Paint and floors are new. Roof too.
There is a basement where you can store skis and bikes, and an outdoor private parking place.
It is an excellent investment to spend your vacation in the Vosges Mountains or to rent it to vacationers.
As I live abroad, a real estate agent is dealing with the sale on location .
