This is one of the oldest building conserved in town, fully restored between 1997 and 2003. Part of the building was constructed in the 12th century and the rest of the palace between the 13th and 15th centuries. During the restoration Islamic plasterwork was found, which are now exhibited in the Archaeological Museum

The palace has 400 m² on two floors, and a garden of more than 350 m² with pool, barbecue and fruit trees. The property includes also a 136 m² plot which can be developed into a new separate property.

The palace was adapted for modern life with kitchen, two living rooms with chimney, dinning room, plus two big rooms for studying or multi-purpose rooms, toilet, two bedrooms 35 square metres each, bathroom, laundry and store room. Ceilings are almost 5 metres high and them are made of traditional wood panelling.

The building is placed in a sunny alleyway of the old town; close to the Cathedral; and in front of both a 16th century monastery and the Sherry Winery Domecq.
