The island has an area of 180 acres (1 acre = 1.000 sqm), as estimated from a topographic plan. Near the coast there are marine areas with shallow and deep water, easily accessible, with interesting and vibrant sea bed, ideal for snorkeling, and pristine areas suitable for recreational fishing. It has 3 to 4 small beaches on the east and north side where the water is shallow and the sea depth starts from 0 feet. Opposite the shore of Iraklitsa there are caves at sea level. There is also a small natural harbor, which is occasionally used by local fishermen. The onshore part of the island is now minimally accessible with small and rough trails, while there are areas suitable for development, where the slope is smooth. In these areas road construction is possible at relatively low cost. Almost the entire island's surface is covered by vegetation, whose composition varies from location to location. The vegetation consists of bushes and trees, most of them native (wild olives) or artificially planted (fruit trees). The largest part of the island is covered by wild olives. Within this area there are scattered about 250 domesticated olive trees and 20 fruit trees (almond, fig and plum). In four regions of the island, where the slopes are mild, cereal crops were cultivated in the past. In the proximity of the ridge, an area of approximately 30 acres is rocky. Price: 3,800,000.00 EUR
