El Ahyaa yet only 5 minutes drive from El Helal / Al Dora/ and Dahar / road towards El Gouna / is my new star when it comes to future residents.
The estate, which sits behind the residence of former Egyptian President Jamal Abdul Nasser is located right by the sea and almost any flat / even on the ground / we have a beautiful view of the sea.
Behind the fence house is the entrance to the beach, which can easily benefit residents.
On the other hand, takes the easy way Hurghada = El Gouna = Cairo, where he runs a lot of taxis and small busses, which for one pound in 5 minutes can pick you up to Dahar and 10 minutes to El Kawther or Sakkala
This means that the communication link for those who want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city should not be any problems.
Studio that I want to show you today, is located on the 2nd floor of a villa with plunge pool, which can be used here, the apartment landlord.
The studio is decorated in shades of my favorite bags, as well as if you could not find me in the pictures that sit between the black and white circular and the other black and white round-front to you. Thanks gosh I didn't take home any pillow instead my bag :)

Kiedy myślę o El Ahyaa widzę od razu ogromne możliwości, która roztaczają sie przed osobami, które wynajmą lub kupia mieszkanie w tej okolicy. El Ahyaa oddalona zaledwie 5 minut jazdy od El Helal i Daharu / droga w stronę El Gouna/ jest moją nową gwiazdą jeśli chodzi o przyszłych rezydentów.
Osiedle, które rozciąga się za rezydencją byłego prezydenta Egiptu Jamala Abdula Nassera położone jest tuż nad morzem i prawie z każdego mieszkania /nawet na parterze/ mamy piekny widok na morze.
Za ogrodzeniem rezydencji jest wejście na plaże, z której bez problemu mogą korzystać mieszkańcy.
Z drugiej strony przebiega prosta droga Hurghada=El Gouna= Kair, gdzie kursuje mnóstwo taksówek i busików, którymi za 1 funta można w 5 minut znaleźć się na Daharze.
Oznacza to, że połączenie komunikacyjne dla osób pragnących odpocząć od zgiełku miasta nie powinno stanowić zadnego problemu.
Studio, które chcę Wam dzisiaj pokazać, położone jest na 2 piętrze w willi z małym basenem, z którego mogą korzystać wynajmujący tu mieszkania.
Studio jest urządzone w odcieniach mojej ulubionej torby, także jakbyście nie mogli mnie znaleźć na zdjęciach to siedzę pomiędzy tym czarno-białym okrągłym i tym drugim czarno-białym okrągłym frontem do Was. W sumie dobrze, że nie zabrałam do domu poduszki :)
