There is a BBQ park with restaurant and bar just 10minutes walk from La Cala Hills which is very popular for the people living in the neighbourhood and the local spanish inhabitants. There are a few international restaurants on site and a nearby minimarked and bakery open pass midnight 7 days a week.
La Cala Hills have several buildings but this apartment is in Fase 1. Fase 1 was build first and have the best views. They are the only fase with their own 24hrs sequrity guard and a heated pool during winter.
The apartment is very bright and spasious and you can enter the terrace from nearly room. The terrace is going around exept for the entrance area. You have your own little entrance space outside your door where you can put a table or f.eks. store your bicykle, babycarage etc...
The community of La Cala Hills is very well kept. The gardens are very nice and there are 3 pools in Fase 1 only. A nice place to live. Just imagine having a drink outside on the terrace and realaxing in the evening looking at the sunset towards the wonderful Mijas Mountain which changes its colors as long as the hours runs out. JUST FANTASTIC.
