This is a seriously cute house with an absolutely lovely gardens on a plot of 4,000m2 in a convenient and very pretty location. That said I reckon it is over priced so it's worth trying to bring granny into the real world with an offer.
The house in this case is only 40 m2 but you could put another floor on and double the size. The owners tell us they have a permit to this effect. In addition there are 25m2 of animal accommodation which is shown on the escritura which means we could extend the living space to include it.
The property has electricity and water connected and is situated about 4 kms from the village. Access is good with only about 600 meters of track to get to the house.
At the momet the accommodation is laid out as 2 bedrooms, a reception with American kitchen and a wc. There is also a big porch.
This property is very economical to own and could provide someone with a wonderful place to holiday or alternatively a chance to live of the land and be self supporting and self sufficient.
