This is one of several properties that have just come to market from a builder who has some distressed clients.
This house needs finishing as can be seen from the photos and the asking price includes the outstanding bilding work. Such a solution has lots of advantages to the buyer because it allows you to finish the property to your specification. I do however have a word of warning! Not all buildes in Spain are either honest or competent. and whilst I would never, ever, knowingly work with a crook it is important that you protect yourself. That means employing a good lawyer and a clerk of works and staging payments based on work actually done. This shouldn't put you off but it is important that you go into any project like this with your eyes open and safeguards in place. And I would give the same advice whatever the country, whoever the builder.
