Very good public transport connection with city center and other areas of Tallinn, you can get to the city center (Vabaduse square) in 6 minutes by . Near the house there are three different train stops, bus and streetcar stops. Nearest stop is 200 meters from the house.
The apartment is ideally located for those who want to live in the city center, but away from the downtown noise. While the house itself is located in the city center, then the apartment is still very quiet, the kitchen-living room windows face the side of the house and yard, bedroom windows face the yard. A large landscaped yard is ideal for relaxing and having barbeque parties.
The house administration is very proactive and is constantly trying to imporve the house. Very quiet neighbors, only two other apartments on the same floor. Apartment is ready for the new owner to move in in mid-July.
