Additionally, there are 2 ruined buildings which were previously a generator room and laundry room. The buildings traverse both parcels of land mentioned above which were constructed circa 1997.
Building 1 and 2 contains a gross floor area each of 1000 square feet inclusive of verandas of 160 square feet. Building 3 has a gross floor area of 1065 square feet inclusive of verandas of 160 square feet. Building 4 which was formerly a restaurant and bar and contains a floor area of 714 square feet, that is the enclosed area is 364 square feet while the open area is 350 square feet. Access to the first floor of the buildings is via concrete external steps.
The three (3) cottages and the restaurant building are in fair condition but require repairs.
Calibishie, Dominica is one of the fastest growing areas of development in Dominica.
