The PTE Read Aloud Content also contributes to your Reading score, as it proves that you have read the text correctly. Let's look at each of these scoring areas in more detail. In the PTE Read Aloud content, you will score full marks for content if you do not add, skip or replace any words given, and you will get marks depending on the length of the text. In the case of a 60-word read-aloud text, if 6 words are added, skipped, or replaced, you lose 10% marks, or roughly 1.67% per word. So, make sure you don't do that, PTE Read Aloud Pronunciation is quite straightforward, but one thing to remember, PTE's algorithm evaluates not by humans, but by software. So, you have to speak in a clear manner, so that it can easily understand your words. In other words, the PTE algorithm is trained to understand the pronunciation of regular native English speakers, so you do not have to copy their accents. Let me explain what I mean in more detail here, and what it means is that you should pronounce the words you are given for the PTE Read Aloud test correctly.
