Crossing the common courtyard we reach the cottage of about 90 square meters, which rises on three floors above ground.
You enter the cottage directly in the living area with fireplace, climbing the stone staircase you reach the first floor, where there are the large Tuscan-style kitchen and the first double bedroom. Complete this level a bathroom with shower. On the second floor we find the attic, currently used as a bedroom, and a large bathroom with shower.
Outside a pergola for outdoor dining with barbecue. The area dedicated to the swimming pool is located on a lower terrace than the two buildings.
The swimming pool has a unique exposure, overlooking the entire valley and protected by the surrounding hills, where the ancient churches stand out, offering unique views to anyone who relaxes in the solarium.
The pool area is equipped with a shower and a functional octagonal gazebo where you can refresh yourself from the sun on the hottest days.
