If you can’t setup Gmail in Outlook 365, there are chances that you’re not using the correct procedure for the setup process; hence are unable to configure Gmail in Outlook. Here are a few steps you need to follow the same way as mentioned here for the setup process. First of all, launch Outlook choose File Account Settings. In the Account Settings window, click New. Enter your Gmail email address into the center field and click Connect. Paste the password you created in Google, click Connect. Your Gmail account setup is almost complete. Unless you want to configure Outlook Mobile on your smartphone, deselect and then click OK. You can now use your Gmail account right inside Microsoft Outlook.
